Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Do I need to pay extra for equipment and backdrops?
No, we don’t charge extra for equipment or backdrops! Studio lighting, softboxes, and stands are all included in the hire price, and you’re welcome to use the backdrops as long as they remain clean. For paper backdrops used on the floor, we charge £10 per meter for the portion that touches the floor. This fee helps cover the cost of replacing and cutting the backdrops after your session.
Your booking time should include both setup and cleanup, as our schedule is usually fully booked with back-to-back sessions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide early access before your reserved start time.
Can I arrive early to set up my equipment?
Is there a waiting area?
We have a reception area with a small waiting space. However, if you arrive with a large amount of decorations or equipment, it may not be the most comfortable place to wait.
Will someone meet me and be available during my session?
Yes, a studio assistant will greet you or your clients upon arrival.
During your session, they will usually stay in a nearby designated area
and be available to assist if needed.
Do you have a lift?
Yes, there is a lift available in the building.
The studio is fully wheelchair accessible and designed for easy transport of heavy equipment.


I’ve never worked with studio equipment before.
Can you help me get started?
If you’re new to studio equipment, there’s no need to worry!
Our studio assistant will gladly guide you through connecting your camera to the studio lights and assist with basic setup. If you think you’ll need extra time to practice, we recommend booking additional hours to ensure you feel confident before your shoot.
How to Find Us
Our studio is located at 111 Charterhouse Street, EC1M 6AW, London,
in a distinctive red-and-white building. When you arrive, use the intercom and select "WarmLight Photostudios"
The studio is on the -1 floor, to your left as you exit the lift.

Can I bring my pet for the shoot?
Yes, our studio is pet-friendly, and we’d be delighted to welcome your well-behaved pets! In fact, our friendly dog is proudly part of the team.
We strive to be flexible with all bookings. You can cancel your booking at least 7 days before the scheduled session to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 7 days of the session, you are eligible for a 50% refund or the option to reschedule without losing your payment. However, cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the session will not receive a refund, and the booking is non-transferable.
