1. Booking and Payments

1. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

2. Payments can be made online via the Stripe platform or through a direct bank transfer using the provided payment link.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

1. Customers may cancel their bookings at least 7 days before the scheduled session to receive a full refund.

2. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund or the option to reschedule without losing payment.

3. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the scheduled session will not receive a refund, and the booking is non-transferable.

4. Rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 3 months of the original booking date.

3. Studio Usage

1. Permitted Activities: The studio is for professional photography and videography purposes only. Parties or social gatherings are not allowed.

2. Subletting and Sharing: Subletting the studio space is not permitted. However, clients may share the space with models, other photographers, or use it for teaching purposes, provided it aligns with the studio’s intended purpose.

3. Noise Levels: Reasonable noise levels, including music, are permitted at any time, but excessive noise is prohibited.

4. Cleaning Responsibilities: Clients must leave the studio clean and tidy during their allocated booking time.

5. Cleaning Fees: A cleaning fee of £30 plus additional time at the hourly rate will be charged if the studio is not left clean.

4. Equipment and Property

1. Equipment provided as part of the studio hire must be returned in the same condition as received.

2. The client whose name is on the booking will be liable for any damage caused to the studio or equipment during the hire period. Repair or replacement costs will be invoiced to the client.

5. Health and Safety

1. General Guidelines:

   • Clients must ensure the studio is used safely and responsibly at all times.

   • Any hazards, such as spills or damaged equipment, must be reported to WarmLight Studios immediately to prevent accidents.

   • All electrical equipment must be handled carefully and kept away from water sources.

2. Capacity Limit:

   • To maintain safety and comfort, the studio capacity is limited to a maximum of 20 people at any given time. Clients must ensure this limit is not exceeded.

3. Fire Safety:

   • Emergency exits must remain clear and unobstructed at all times.

   • Clients should familiarize themselves with the location of fire extinguishers and the studio’s evacuation procedures upon arrival.

4. Children and Pets:

   • Children and pets must be supervised at all times to ensure their safety and avoid damage to the studio or equipment.

5. Prohibited Items:

   • Open flames, hazardous materials, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the studio.

6. Public Liability Insurance

1. WarmLight Studios holds public liability insurance to cover incidents occurring on the premises.

2. Private clients are not required to hold their own insurance for personal shoots. However, professional photographers or businesses using the studio for commercial purposes (e.g., client work, workshops, or events) must provide proof of valid public liability insurance if requested.

7. Consequences of Breaching Terms and Conditions

1. WarmLight Studios reserves the right to terminate a booking immediately if the client breaches these Terms and Conditions. No refund will be issued.

2. Clients will be invoiced for damages caused to the studio or its equipment.

3. Repeat violations may result in a ban on future bookings.

4. Serious breaches, including illegal activities or deliberate property damage, may result in legal action.

8. Additional Services

WarmLight Studios offers professional photography services, including business headshots, product photography, and creative photoshoots. These services are subject to the same Terms and Conditions outlined here.

9. Website Usage
